If your relative happens to die in a hospital, contact our funeral service.
Bring
- documents of the deceased - identity card (if it did not stay in the medical facility),
- marriage certificate, birth certificate (if available),
- your ID card.
If the deceased's identity card remained in the health facility, they automatically send it to the appropriate registry office. With the funeral service you will discuss what kind of funeral you are interested in as a survivors.
